Made $1000 in December with My Blog

It wasn't too long ago that I ask if a part-time blogger could make $1000 per month online. Well, the answer turns out to be yes. I made that much in November between my blog, AdSense, and HubPages. I thought it might have just been a good month since December had started out somewhat slow. But this past week, I saw a surge in revenue that also pushed me over the $1000 mark for December as well. I am excited and already made plans for that $1000.
I will be pushing myself very hard in 2012 because I want to increase my online income dramatically. That is part of the reason that I will be writing more on HubPages in 2012. I want to make more through the HubPages Ad Program and increase my online exposure through more effective means of interlinking my content across the various writing platforms.
Second Half Earnings for 2011
I went back and recorded my earnings for the second half of 2011 and found that there was a tremendous rate of growth once I started my own self-hosted blog. It makes me wonder why I did not do it sooner. I will be starting a new blog in 2012 and, even with paying authors for some of the articles, expect to be making a profit within six months. It might even occur sooner since I am much more knowledgeable about what is necessary to run a blog.
But, let's take a look at those earnings:

Positive Trend
You can clearly see the positive trend beginning in September. I will be sharing tips on how this happened at my new blog, Grand Per Month, so you will want to start following and see if you can pick up some ideas to grow your own income.

My dream for the future in blogging! According to you, I might actually see it happen sooner than I thought :) It is extremely exciting, as I have many dreams and desires that at this point have to wait until we have more income. (my whole reason for getting started with blogging) So far my blogging has done a few very worthwhile things for me, two of them is; #1- Has increased my husband's respect for me :) #2- Has increased my respect for myself. (I have never pushed myself as hard in any other area, and feel quite a sense of achievement as I begin to see positive results.)
I am definitely in this for the long haul!
